Welcome fabulous human

Tiny Triumphs is for anyone who feels their confidence being nibbled away by life and wants a small, manageable way to claim it back a little bit each day.

And that definitely includes me.

Here’s my logic:

When we feel good, we do good things.
We’re more fun to be around, enjoy life more, and do better in our many roles (partner, parent, child, sibling, employee, business owner).

👇

But everyday life can make feeling good quite challenging.
Because of tricky cognitive biases, wonky subconscious beliefs, and unhelpful past experiences, our brain sometimes tells us that we aren’t good enough. And occasionally people we know (friends, family, professionals, bosses) and people we don’t know (the media, society) join in with that message.

👇

We can counteract that by collecting Tiny Triumphs
We do good things, impressive things, things that we should be proud of all the time. But because they’re small, or boring, and we’ve been taught to not be boastful, we dismiss them as luck, unimportant, or not adding up to much.

Tiny Triumphs is a newsletter about noticing, claiming, and celebrating small moments of joy and success in my beautifully humdrum life, in the hope it’ll help you develop the same habit for yourself.

Take me to the Tiny Triumphs posts

(you might need to click on the ‘Take me to the posts’ button if it invites you to subscribe and you don’t want to)

Want to hear from me whenever I publish a new post?

I’m aiming for weekly, but Life Stuff, so we’ll see how that goes.

Hand over your best email address (the one you actually check) and each new post will make its way to your inbox as soon as I hit publish.

Subscribe for free to get Tiny Triumphs in your inbox. I emit a little squeal of delight for each new subscriber (it’s very distracting for my family)

You don’t need to get the app, you can read my posts right inside your inbox, but if you sign-up for multiple newsletters hosted on Substack, the app will make a handy little library for you to read them all in.
